Optimization on the performance of H2S removal from natural gas by TEA+DETA mixed amine solution

运用小型反应釜及再生实验装置对三乙醇胺(TEA)+二乙烯三胺(DETA)混合胺液与N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)+DETA混合胺液进行天然气中H2S吸收、再生实验,并对不同配比的TEA+DETA混合胺液进行实验。通过分析吸收负荷、吸收速率、再生率指标优选出较优的脱H2S胺液配比,并将其运用到工艺实验装置中。结果表明:TEA+DETA混合胺液与传统的MDEA+DETA混合胺液相比具有更优的H2S脱除性能与胺液再生性能;在3种不同摩尔配比中,配比为2.4:0.6的TEA+DETA混合胺液为最优的胺液配比;配比为2.4:0.6的TEA+DETA混合胺液在工艺实验装置中表现出了良好的脱H2S性能与胺液再生性能。

Abstract:

Small reaction kettles and regeneration experimental devices were applied for the absorption and regeneration experiments of H2S from natural gas using triethylamine (TEA)+diethylenetriamine (DETA) mixed amine solution and methyldiethanolamine (MDEA)+DETA mixed amine solution. Moreover, experiments were carried out on TEA+DETA mixed amine solution with different proportions. Through analyzing the indices, such as absorption load, absorption rate and regeneration rate, the amine solution with optimal proportion for H2S removal was obtained and applied to devices for the outdoor acid-removal experiment using amination method. The results show that the TEA+DETA mixed amine solution has better H2S removal performance and amine solution regeneration performance than the traditional MDEA+DETA mixed amine solution. Among three kinds of TEA+DETA mixed amine solutions with different molar ratios, the solution in the proportion of 2.4:0.6 is optimal, and has favorable H2S removal performance and amine solution regeneration performance in the outdoor acid-removal experimental device.
