Main control factors of carbon dioxide on swelling effect of crude hydrocarbon components

摘要:

通过对中国不同油区原油进行组分组成分析,选取了11种具有代表性的烃组分,分别与CO2组成二元体系进行PVT实验。所选取的原油烃组分碳原子数为C6-C16,分子结构为直链烷烃、单环/双环环烷烃和单环/双环芳烃。通过实验结果的对比分析发现,原油烃组分中溶解的CO2可使体系发生一定程度的体积膨胀,且其膨胀幅度主要受原油组分自身性质、CO2摩尔含量和温度等因素的影响,而压力的影响不大。进一步提出原油组分自身性质的影响可用摩尔密度来表征,膨胀系数与对应条件下原油组分的摩尔密度为严格递增直线关系;膨胀系数随CO2摩尔含量的增加迅速增大,呈现凹型递增曲线;温度的影响主要体现在CO2摩尔含量较高的体系,温度越高,体积膨胀幅度越大。

Abstract:

Through the composition analysis of crude component in different oil provinces of China, eleven representative hydrocarbon components were selected and respectively combined with CO2 to form a binary system for PVT experiments. The crude hydrocarbon components have 6-16 carbon atoms, molecular structures of straight-chain alkane, cycloalkane with single or dual ring(s), and arene with single or dual ring(s). Based on the comparative analysis of experimental results, it is found that the CO2 dissolved in crude hydrocarbon components may lead to a certain degree of volume swell in the binary system, and the swell degree is mainly affected by the properties of crude components, molar content of CO2, temperature and other factors, but less influenced by pressure. It is further proposed that the influences of crude component properties can be characterized by molar density, and the swell coefficient has a strict linear relationship with the corresponding molar density of crude components. The swell coefficient is increased rapidly with increasing molar content of CO2, presenting a concave increasing curve. The impact of temperature mainly occurs in the system with higher molar content of CO2. The higher the temperature is, the greater the volume swell degree will be.
