含硫气井硫化氢扩散危险水平分级方法

Classification method for hazard levels of hydrogen sulfide dispersion in sour gas wells

摘要: 针对含硫气井井喷失控后硫化氢扩散问题,提出将井口硫化氢释放速率作为含硫气井硫化氢扩散危险水平分级指标.运用重气扩散模式,研究了硫化氢扩散距离与释放速率、硫化氢危险浓度与释放速率之闻的关系,建立了含硫气井硫化氢扩散危险水平划分方法.硫化氢释放速率小于0.9m3/s的含硫气井为四级低危险水平;释放速率为0.9~3.m3/s时为三级中等危险水平;释放速率为3.0~6.0m3/s时为二级较高危险水平;释放速率大于6.0m3/s时则为一级高危险水平.对我国91口含硫气井的危险水平进行了划分,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性.

Abstract: The release rate of hydrogen sulfide(H2S) at a wellhead was taken as one classification indicator and used to classify H2S hazard levels of sour gas wells.A heavy-gas dispersion model was used to analyze the relationship between dispersion distance and release rate of H2S as well as dangerous concentration and release rate of H2S.A classification method for hazard level of H2S in the sour gas wells was established.A sour gas well with release rate of H2S less than 0.9m3 per second is identified as level 4 and has low hazard.A well with release rate of H2S from 0.9m3 to 3.4m3 per second is identified as level 3 and has medium hazard.When the release rate of H2S is from 3.4m3 to 6.0m3 per second,the sour gas well is identified as level 2 and has higher hazard.If the release rate of H2S is over than 6.0m3 per second,the sour gas well is identified as level 1 and has the highest hazard.The feasibility and effectiveness of the classification method were proved by the hazard levels of 941 sour gas wells in China.
