海上勘探开发一体化技术研究及应用——以北部湾盆地涠西南凹陷为例

Research and application of integrated technology for offshore exploration and development: a case study of Weixinan sag in the Beibuwan Basin

摘要:

北部湾盆地涠西南凹陷为高成熟的勘探开发区,面临目标搜索难度大、储量发现难度大、建产周期长、油田储采比低等问题,常规的勘探—开发接力模式无法满足储量和产量增长的要求。为保证油田可持续开采,提出海上勘探开发一体化模式,总结了集目标搜索技术、目标评价技术、井位钻探技术三位一体的技术体系。目标搜索技术是在基础地质规律指导下,与勘探和开发紧密结合,通过新钻井发现及老井复查,利用区带潜力目标搜索、随钻跟踪过程潜力目标搜索、评价过程潜力目标搜索等技术,在油田内部及周边开展潜力目标搜索。目标评价技术集成发展了6项一体化评价技术,大大提高了目标评价的精度及成功率。井位钻探技术的"开发评价井钻探模式"包括开发模式和勘探模式。在井位钻探技术的指导下,北部湾盆地涠西南凹陷开发评价井的实施取得了显著的成效,已钻井为37口,成功钻井达31口,成功率为84%,实现了增储上产。围绕涠西南凹陷E油田开展技术应用,共搜索出12个潜力目标。在E油田的中1区块、南2区块和南3区块,开发评价井(E-B5井、E-B1S1井、E-A7S2井和E-12d井)的部署和顺利实施进一步推动了海上勘探开发一体化技术体系的应用。

Abstract:

Weixinan sag in the Beibuwan Basin is a highly mature exploration and development area. It faces problems such as difficulties in target searching and reserve discovery, long production cycle, and low reserve-production ratio of oilfield. The conventional mode from exploration to development cannot meet requirements for reserves and production growth. In order to ensure the sustainable development of oilfields, this study proposes an integration model of offshore exploration and development, and summarizes a trinity technology system integrating target searching, target evaluating, and borehole drilling techniques. Target searching technique is closely integrated with exploration and development under the guidance of basic geological laws. Through the discovery of new drilling wells and review of old wells, potential target searching is carried out in and around the oilfield by means of regional target searching, potential target searching while drilling, potential target searching while evaluating, and other techniques. Six integrated evaluation technologies have been developed using the target evaluating technique, which greatly improve the accuracy and success rate of target evaluation. The development evaluation well mode of borehole drilling technique includes development mode and exploration mode. Under the guidance of borehole drilling technique, the actual exploration of development evaluation wells in Weixinan sag in the Beibuwan Basin has achieved remarkable results. So far, 37 wells have been drilled and 31 wells have been successful, with a success rate of 84%, realizing an increase in reserves and production. Moreover, 12 potential targets have been searched out through technical applications around the E oilfield in Weixinan sag. The application of the offshore exploration and development integrated technology system is further promoted by deployment and implementation of the development evaluation wells (Well E-B5, Well E-B1S1, Well E-A7S2, and Well E-12d) in Zhong1, Nan2, and Nan3 blocks of the E oilfield.
