海上中低黏度油藏早期注聚合物见效特征研究

摘要:

早期注聚合物的见效特征以及判别标准是目前海上油田实施早期注聚合物亟待解决的首要问题。将数值模拟与现场动态相结合,对以渤海油田LD10-1为代表的中低黏度油藏进行了早期注聚合物含水率曲线变化特征研究。中低黏度油藏早期注聚合物的含水率曲线形态取决于注聚合物时机界限,有漏斗型和无漏斗型两种变化形式。聚合物驱前水驱注入量大于0.0356PV为早期注聚合物出现含水下降漏斗的条件,与LD10-1油田早期注聚合物各单井含水率曲线特征相吻合。提出了早期注聚合物见效时间和聚效时间的定义,给出了单位含水变化率的增油率和单位含水增油率两个无因次参考指标,将其作为海上早期注聚合物效果评价的量化判别标准。得到了早期、中期、晚期3个不同时期注聚合物见效的量化标准,单位含水变化率的增油率和单位含水增油率随着注聚合物时机的延迟而提高。

Abstract:

The effective characteristics of the early polymer flooding and its criterion standard are the primary problem to be solved for development of offshore oilfield. The water cut characteristics of LD10-1 reservoir with low viscosity in Bohai Oilfield during the early polymer-flooding were studied by means of numerical simulation and dynamic performance analysis. The two shapes of water cut curves in the early polymer flooding, including funnel and no funnel patterns, were controlled by the limit of polymer injection time. The water injection volume more than 0.0356PV before polymer flooding was the existing condition of funnel curves, which coincided with the characteristics of water cut curves of LD10-1 reservoir during the early polymer flooding. The concepts of effective time and validity term were defined, and two dimensionless indexes including oil-increasing rate per water cut and oil-increasing rate per unit water were given. Those indexes can be used as the criterions of injection effectiveness in the early polymer flooding of offshore oilfields. Accordingly,the criterions for the effective characteristics of different polymer injection in mid and late stages were also proposed. The oil-increasing rate per water cut and the oil-increasing rate per unit water would increase with the delay of the injection time.
