多井多维异构数据交会图增维显示分析方法

A visualization and analysis method of augmented dimension of multi-well and multi-dimensional heterogeneous data crossplot

摘要:

交会图技术是测井处理解释中重要的数据可视化分析工具。在测井评价中,借助交会图对测井、地质、录井和试油等数据进行综合评价,或对多井多层段进行全面分析时,常见的交会图分析工具已不能满足需求。为此,在常规交会图的基础上进一步扩充与发展,充分利用测井、地质、录井和试油等异构数据将交会图增维扩展到更多维度,提出了多井多维异构数据交会图增维显示分析方法,从而为解释人员提供更多储层参考信息,实现多角度的测井综合对比、分析和展示。构建了异构数据增维深度对齐矩阵,将异构数据在深度上规整后加载到交会图中,实现测井数据刻度交会点颜色明暗和符号尺寸等属性、交会图增维辅助图件等功能,并通过对增维深度对齐矩阵中深度选择实现多交会图协同分析、交会图特征点投影到其他单井与多井应用模块同步显示等功能,使交会图扩展到更多维度,实现利用更多的异构数据辅助交会分析。构建了多井四叉树索引显示方法,优化交会图中重叠和遮挡数据点,提高了多井大数据量条件下交会图增维显示与交互性能。多井多维异构数据交会图增维显示分析方法已研发集成到新一代测井软件CIFLog中,并在多个油田成功应用。

Abstract:

Crossplot technology is an important data-visualized analysis tool for logging processing and interpretation. In logging evaluation, when using crossplot for the comprehensive evaluation of logging, geology, mud logging, and oil testing data, or for the comprehensive analysis of multiple wells and multiple layers, common analysis tools of crossplot can no longer meet the needs. For this reason, on the basis of conventional crossplots, this study expands the dimension of crossplot through further expansion and development and making full use of the heterogeneous data about logging, geology, mud logging and oil testing, proposes an analysis method for the augmented dimension visualization of the crossplot of multi-well, multi-dimensional and heterogeneous data, so as to provide more reference information on reservoirs for interpreters, and realize the comprehensive comparison, analysis and display of well logging from multiple perspectives. This study constructs an alignment matrix of the augmented dimension depth of heterogeneous data, and then loads the heterogeneous data with regularized depths into the crossplot to obtain the attributes as the light and dark color, and symbol size of the calibration intersection point of logging data, together with the auxiliary map of augmented dimension crossplot, and expands the dimension of crossplot by realizing multi-crossplot collaborative analysis based on selecting depth in the alignment matrix, projecting the feature points of the crossplot to other single-well and multi-well application modules for simultaneous display, achieving auxiliary crossplot analysis by the use of more heterogeneous data. Moreover, this study also constructs a display method of multi-well quadtree index, optimizes the overlap and occlusion data points in the crossplot, and improves the augmented dimension visualization and interactive performance of crossplot under multi-well large data size. The analysis method of augmented dimension visualization of multi-well, multi-dimensional heterogeneous data has been developed and integrated into the new generation logging software CIFLog, and has been successfully applied in several oil fields.
