扶余油田二次开发体系实施效果

Application of secondary development system in Fuyu Oilfield

摘要: 扶余油田1970年全面开发,至2000年进行过2次全面调整,年产油量曾多年保持在100×104t以上.到2002年年产油量仅为65×104t,采出程度达25%,综合含水率高达89%,2003年年产油量仅为60.9×104t.针对油田存在的井况差、分注率低、井网不适应和地面集输系统老化等问题,进行了第三次油田综合调整.形成和完善了油田二次开发体系,即重构地下地质体系、重建井网结构、重组地面工艺流程、重用配套工艺技术和重变开发方式.为了适应扶余油田二次开发体系,进行了10余种配套技术研究:复杂地面、浅层三维地震采集与处理技术;储层沉积微相研究;剩余油量化与性质研究;水平井及定向井应用;优化固井体系与实施;常温不加热集输;浅层定向井、水平井举升配套技术;携砂液高砂比造宽短缝压裂;窜流通道识别与调剖;蒸汽吞吐热采技术.在该油田实施配套技术系列后,新增石油地质储量达6 000×104t以上,已累计新建产能95×104t.该油田由年产原油量60.9×104t,又重新上升到100×104t以上,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益.

Abstract: Comprehensive development of Fuyu Oilfield was carried out in 1970.Two times of overall adjustments had been made from 1970 to 2000.The annual output of oil has maintained more than 10 million tons for many years.But in 2002,the annual output of oil was only 65×104 t,and the recovery porcent was 25 %.The composite water cut was up to 89 percent.Aiming at the problems such as poor status,low zonal injection rate,unsuitable ground network and aging gathering and transportation system,the third comprehensive adjustment was made in Fuyu Oilfield.The secondary development system for the oilfield was developed,such as the reconstruction of geologic system and network structure of oil wells,rebuilding well pattern and ground process programs,application of the development technologies series and change of oilfield development method.For adapting the secondary development system in Fuyu Oilfield,ten types of matching technologies series were developed,including the three-dimensional seismic acquisition and processing technology in complex ground and shallow layers,study on the reservoir sedimentary micro-facies,research on quantification and natures of remaining oil,application of horizontal and directional well,optimization and implementation of cementing system,gathering and transportation at room temperature without heating,lifting facilities for shallow directional wells and horizontal wells,sand-carrying liquid with high sand ratio and short-wide crack fracturing,identification of flow channeling path and profile control,steam stimulation and thermal recovery technologies.After applying those technologies series in Fuyu Oilfield,the new petroleum geological reserves have been raised by more than 60 million tons,and the cumulative new capacity 95×104t has been obtained.The annual output of crude oil increased from 60.9×104t in 2003 to more than 100×104t at present.Good economic and social benefits have been achieved.
