多孔介质中泡沫封堵有效期评价

Validity evaluation of foam plugging in porous media

摘要: 在室内实验中,用玻璃器皿等不能准确反映泡沫在岩心多孔介质中的稳定性,为此研究了泡沫在均质岩心中的泡沫封堵的有效期.根据动力相似准则,推导出了泡沫有效期理论评价模型,将现场生产压差和泡沫波及范围分别和实验室岩心驱替压差和岩心长度建立相似比例.模型评价表明,泡沫形成的生产压差是几何长度比的4次方.建立了泡沫封堵有效期评价实验模型,研究了驱替动态和含油、不含油情况的封堵时间和封堵效率.结果表明:多孔介质含油封堵时间远低于不含油时,即泡沫对油层实现暂堵;油的存在只是增加了油层流体出流速度,对封堵效率没有明显影响.随着生产压差的下降,泡沫质量增加,封堵效率提高.根据实验数据,结合现场情况,预测了泡沫在均质岩心中相同生产压差、不同生产压差及不同波及范围情况下的封堵有效期.结果表明:在一定生产压差下,泡沫在均质岩心中封堵有效期长,封堵效率高,能满足现场生产要求;随着生产压差的增加,封堵有效期下降;当泡沫波及范围增加时,泡沫封堵有效期也迅速增加.

Abstract: Some inaccuracy often exists in the evaluation of foam stability in porous media using glass vessel in laboratory experiment,so the validity time of foam plugging in homogeneous core was researched.The theoretical forecasting model for evaluating validity time of foam plugging was deduced on the basis of dynamic similarity criteria.The similitude proportional relationship between field pressure drawdown and laboratorial core displacement pressure difference and the relationship between the field swept volume and the core length in laboratory were established.The evaluation of theoretical model shows that field pressure difference resulted from foam is the fourth power of the geometrical length ratio.The experimental model for evaluating the validity time of foam plugging was made to investigate the displacement performance,plugging time and plugging efficiency of oiliness and oil-free media.It is found that the plugging time of oiliness media is far less than that of oil-free media,which shows that foam can temporarily plug oil layer.The existence of oil only increases the outflow rate of fluid in oil layer and has no obvious influence on the plugging efficiency.With the drop of pressure difference,the foam quantity increases,and plugging efficiency also rises.According to the experimental data and the field situation,the validity time of foam plugging in homogeneous core under the conditions of the same pressure difference,the different pressure difference and swept volume were evaluated.The results show that under a certain producing pressure,the foam plugging in homogeneous core has long validity time and high plugging efficiency,which can meet the field requirements.Meanwhile,validity time of foam plugging decreases with the increases of field pressure difference.When the swept volume increases,the validity time of foam plugging also increases quickly.
