嗜热采油微生物菌种的开发与应用

摘要: 油藏温度是影响微生物提高采收率的主要因素之一,针对官69断块油藏温度(73℃),开发出了一种可在地层条件下生长、代谢和改善原油性质的嗜热菌种NG80。室内油藏温度下对菌种的评价结果为:可代谢表面活性剂(鼠李糖脂)、有机酸(乙酸)和气体等产物;岩心菌液驱油较水驱提高采收率5.6%(OOIP)。矿场应用单井微生物处理结果表明,菌浓升高近2个数量级,已增油306t,蜡和胶质的含量下降,说明菌种适应地层条件,且具有增殖和增采效果。本文介绍了嗜热菌的开发路线、菌种特征和菌种的评价方法等。

Abstract: The reservoir temperature is the one of the important influence factors in EOR.According to the temperature (73℃)of block Guan 69,a complex thermophlic microbial species-NG80-were opened out, they can grow, metabolite well,and alter crude oil properties.Evaluation at reservoir temperature with produced liquid in lab.show:metabolite material include surfactant,organic acids and gases,ferment liquid flooding oil in core experiment in EOR were carried out,5.6%(OOIP)recovery were higher than water did.Impact ferment liquid test in Well G69-19 was done,the result of test show:concentration of microorganism increased 2 orders,and oil production has increased 306t,the glue and wax were decreased.It shows the thermophlic microbial species not only suitable for reservoir condition also can increase oil production and accretion,too.The development way and characteristics and evaluations of microbial species were introduced in the paper.
