Abstract: An optimal planning model system(OPMS),based on system approach and optimization, has been developed and used for Daqing Oilfield's Five-Year Plan(86-90).OPMS, generates better Plans than conventional procedures, that results has great econeomic significance. In OPMS, concept design, Parameters generator, optimal model, simulator, reports generator, sensitivity analysis, concept design analysis are designed as one integrated system, but calculation could be stopped after each step. The Production Planned, limitation and balance of output of oil and water content, natural resaurces, manpowes, investment, cost and material etc. are taken into account in the optimal planning model. In Jan., 1987, as a research work, OPMS, were approved by the academy of science and the ministry of petroleum industry in china.

摘要： 本文介绍了油田开发规划优选模型系统.此模型是建立在优选与系统分析方法基础上的,在大庆“七五,规划中已实际应用,与传统方法相比,经济效益明显.模型是由参数生成、优选、模拟、中文报表输出、敏感性分析、概念设计分析等构成的一个整体,应用时也可以只用其中一部份.模型中考虑了计划产盘的要求和含水、自然资源、投资、费用、材料等条件的限制与均衡.
