井架结构优化设计——空间刚架模型

Abstract: The economic indicator of a drilling mast or derrick made in China is higher than that of the same type made in other countries. Formulas for the optimized structural design of a drilling mast or derrick with given the structural topology and geometry are derived in the paper. The objective is to maximize the economic indicator of the structure with the drilling uzast or derrick simplified as a space frame. The constraints considered include local buckling constraints of members and overall buckling constraints of the structures in addition to the usual stress, member size and displacement constraints. A computer program is also worked out in the paper. One example is given and one existing mast is computed in contrast with its original design. It is pointed out that local and overall buckling constraints must be taken into consideration.

摘要: 国产井架的结构经济指标与国外同类型井架相比较高。本文在给定结构拓扑和结构几何形认的条件下,以井架结构经济指标为目标函数,按空间刚架模型推导了并架结构优化设计公式。所考虑的有尺寸上、下限约束,应力约束,刚度约束,位移约束,局部稳定约束和整体稳定约束.文中编制了相应的计算机程序,计算了一个例题和一个实际井架,并与原设计做了对比。计算表明,井架优化中局部和整休稳定约束是必须考虑的。用本文的方法对井架进行优化设计是适用的。
