Abstract: Professor Chang Wenyou.born in 1910,teas a native of Tangshan of Hiebei Province,Upon his graduation from the Department of Geology of the Peking University in 1934,he was engaged in geological survey and search of mineral deposits in Guangxi，Jianigsu and Jiangxi provinces up to 1944.From 1945-1947，he visated the United States anti same European countries on a tour of investigation and researeh.In 11948-1949,he taught in the farmer Central University as a prafess or of Geology.Since the founding of the people's Republic,he took up his research career in the broad field of geological science and made outstanding achievements in the study of tectonics,having set up the first simulation laboratory of structure physics in China.

摘要： 张文佑教授河北省唐山市人,1934年毕业于北京大学地质系。 1935～1944年,他在广西、江苏和江西从事地质调查,对这些地区的区域地层,区域构造和成矿规律做了有成效的研究。 1945～1947年,在李四光教授推荐下,赴欧、美一些国家进行地质考察。先后在英国、瑞士、美国的一些大学和科研机构进行工作,并且考察了阿尔卑斯推掩构造和阿帕拉契山变质带。在美国还考察了一些油田,铀矿和有色金属矿。
