泥浆泵橡胶活塞在工作压力下的位移场和应变场

Abstract: Applying the theory of finite deformation and the experimental strain analysis by the Moire method, the two dimentional displacement field and strain field in a plane model of slush pump rubber piston is investigated to determine the strain and displacement of the piston under different pressure and to depict the changing tendency of the fields. On the basis of experimental results, the geometrical and physical characteristics of some common pistons under static state are discussed and the mechanics of nylon MC ring in protecting the heel from wear explained. Besides applying the principle of finite deformation to tile study of rubber deformation, the author has also attemptel to tackle sealing problems with the Moire method.

摘要: 本文应用有限变形理论和云纹法[1](Moire Method)的实验应变分析,研究了泥浆泵橡胶活塞平面模型的二维位移场和应变场,测定和计算在不同压力作用下橡胶活塞的位移和应变,并描绘出场的变化趋势。根据实验结果讨论了几种常见的活塞静态时的几何和物理特性,说明了MC尼龙环的护根机理和活塞的易损部位,从而把有限变形理论应用到橡胶变形的研究中,并把云纹法应用到密封问题中进行尝试。
