按输量还是按强度——长输管道两种控制理论分析

摘要: 长输管道有两种控制理论:按输量控制和按强度控制.前者是各泵站设定进压,让排压自然形成;后者是各泵站设定排压,让进压自然形成.按强度控制可以避免计算误差,特别是可以对水击和顺序输送过程作出正确、合理的反应和处置,可以使管道获得最大的流量;而按输量控制不具备这些优点,一般只能给管道设定其值较低的保守流量.当某个中间泵站非正常停运时,按强度控制能自动地将管道引导到越站输送状态;而按输量控制只能以失控告终.

Abstract: There are two kinds of control theories about long pipeline operation control throughput control and strength control. The former is that suction pressure is set in operation state of each pumping station, and discharge pressure for pumping the product to downstream station within the limitation of its maximum allowable value is naturely formed; the latter is that discharge pressure is set in every station, and suction pressure subject to the limitation of its minimum value allowable is naturely formed. Deviation caused by calculation can be avoid by control based on strength. A correct reasonable reaction and disposal to water hammer and bathching transportation can be made. The maximum flow capability could be gotten in pipeline, while, there are not these advantages in control based on throughput, and only the low conservation flow capability is given in pipeline. In the case of some one intermediate station rundown, pipeline will be automatically changed by strength control into by pass station transportation state, if by throughput control, pipeline will be out of control and failure.
