Abstract: In order to reduce the cost of working fluids in oil and gas wells,the lower-price agents can be used to treat wells.For the performance demand,more agents need be added into wells,and so the effect of reduced cost is unobvious.It is preferable to utilize mathematical model to reduce cost of working fluids,according to the property of multiple functions for some agents.Experimental data of the properties of working fluids and concentrations of two agents were obtained.The mathematical formulas of tested data and optimization models were established with the non-linear least-square method.The corresponding application software was developed and used to determine the optimal cost and adding amount of those agents with the expected properties.The application cases show that the new cost control method is successful for reducing cost of working fluids in oil and gas wells.

摘要: 为了控制油气井工作液成本,可采用低价格的处理剂.但为了达到工作液的性能要求,其处理剂加量较大,因而其成本降低不明显.根据油气井工作液部分处理剂具有多种功能这一特性,在室内测定了采用两种处理剂时的加入量与油气井工作液性能的实验数据,根据数据分布为二次曲面的特点,运用非线性多元最小二乘法及优化理论,建立了试验数据数学关系式和优化模型.利用编制的相应应用程序,可计算出达到应用者期望的油气井工作液性能时处理剂的最少加量和对应的工作液单位成本.经多次现场应用,这种控制成本的新方法,经济效益显著.
