Abstract: It possessses profound practical significance to study the law of the temperature change of oil in pipelines upon shutting down.Based on the unstable differential equadons for heat transmission of oil,pipe-wall,lagging,coatings and soil,in which the parameters related to physical properties are treated as variables during shut-down,the authors establish difference equations of hest transmission by using the method of the cassette integrate(Keller integrate).A numerical solution of the oil temperature on any location of a pipeline at any moment upon shutting down can be obtained by computer.Finally,the examples of calculation are given in this paper.
摘要: 考虑在管道的停输过程中,根据油品、管壁、保温层、防腐层、上壤等的非稳定传热方程,并将其物性参数粉为变盘时,采用盒式(Keller)积分法构造出问题的差分方程,由电子计算机进行数值求解,以确定热油管停输后管路任一点、任一时刻的油品温度.最后附有算例.
