Abstract: The mechanical analysis of the bit in the process of drilling is the basis of bit trajectory prediction.This paper uses the general finite element method software to analyse the dynamic response of bottom-hole assembly and the results of three forces(WOB,inclinational side-force and azimuth sideforce)in the drilling process.The dynamic characteristics of fluctuation of WOB,and the effects of various paramete:s on the bit trajectory are discussed.
摘要: 对钻头在钻进过程中的受力分析是准确预测钻头轨迹的基础.本文利用通用的有限元商品软件,对真实钻井过程中的下部钻具组合进行动态分析,得出了影响钻头轨迹的钻头三向力(钻压、井斜侧向力,方位侧向力)的动态响应,并着重研究了钻压波动产生的动态特性,从而得出各钻井参数对钻头轨迹的影响,便于对钻头轨迹的控制.
