Numerical simulation of power-law flow in eccentric annulus

摘要: 提出了一种在数学上适定的、用于描述偏心环空流场的微分方程,并对工程上常见的两类计算问题给出了求解方法:一是已知压力梯度求流速分布;另一是已知流量求压力梯度。实例计算表明,本算法具有精度高、运算速度快等优点,尤其是对第二类工程问题的计算比现有算法优越。同时,对照文中的数学模型可以发现现有文献中流传甚广、影响很大的算法的错误之处.

Abstract: A new numerical model for describing the flow field of power-law fluid in the eccentric annulus was proposed by studying relative topics all over the world.The methods for solving two kinds of engineering projects were presented.The exemiplification shows that the new methods are better than the former ones,especially for solving the problem of pressure gradient.Some errors in the other papers were corrected.
