油田注入水水质调控决策方法研究

摘要: 针对油田注水开发中、后期,随综合含水率的不断上升的问题,提出了注入水水质调控技术这一新的概念.该方法综合考虑了油田注入水水质的配伍性、水质处理工艺、注水井吸水能力、增注措施、油田配注要求以及注入水综合成本等各方面的要求;以经济评价为手段,寻求达到降低注水成本、提高注水开发效益的合理水质控制指标.利用正交实验原理及大量实验获得了水质控制指标与地层伤害的关系,建立了水处理成本分析与优化决策目标模型.实例应用表明,该方法是可行的,其结果是合理的.

Abstract: A novel technique for water quality regulation based on economic decision-making was proposed.It evolves with the need for improving the development benefit of water-flooding reservoirs being suffered a continuous growth of water cut during the medium and later periods of oil field development.This new method takes comprehensive consideration of water quality compatibility, water treatment,water injection,stimulation measures,planned volume of water being injected and cost balance in order to lower water injection cost in oilfields.The relationship between formation damage and main water quality specification was set up based upon lots of orthonormal flowing tests.The models of cost evaluation and objective function for optimizing decision-making were established.The oilfield test shows that this method is feasible and reasonable.
