井下螺旋轴流式混抽泵轴向力平衡新结构

New balancing structure of axial force in down-hole helico-axial multiphase pump

摘要:

分析了井下螺旋轴流式混抽泵轴向力产生机理,借鉴地面叶片泵常用的平衡鼓技术,研制出了一种“双外壳平衡管加平衡鼓”轴向力平衡新结构,介绍了该结构的工作原理和结构特点。新型轴向力平衡结构的平衡效果优于常用轴向力平衡结构,并通过实验研究验证了该结构的可行性。这种结构可平衡85%~95%的轴向力,能有效地延长轴承的工作寿命。该结构不仅为大轴向力井下泵的轴向力平衡提供了一种有效的方法,而且也为该种泵今后的设计开发及推广应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:

The formation mechanism of the axial force in the down-hole helico-axial multiphase pump were analyzed. On the basis of the balancing drum technology used in the ground vane pump, a new kind of structure called “double-shell balance pipe and balance drum” for balancing axial force was made up. The balance effect of the new structure is better than that of the common axial force balancing structure. The experimental study on the feasibility of the new structure showed that the new structure could decrease the axial force by 85% to 95% and effectively extend the working life of bearings. This new kind of structure can provide an effective way for balancing the axial force of down-hole pump with a large axial force and also give a foundation for design and usage of the large axial force pump.
