海洋采油平台可钻调整井钻井装备研制及应用

Development of drilling equipment for drillable adjustment wells on offshore production platform

摘要: 利用已有的采油平台和平台上的相关设备,研究开发出经济、高效、可靠的可钻调整井钻井装备和相关配套技术。基于力学分析方法完成了可行性技术研究。采用计算机辅助设计方法完成了设备的总体结构设计,运用三维设计和控制理论完成了新型固控系统设计和转盘反扭矩控制系统设计,应用优化设计方法完成了管汇空间布置与优化设计。新方法予以有效实施,取得较好的应用效果和经济效益。

Abstract: The existing oil production platform and its auxiliary equipment were used to develop the economical and reliable drilling equipment and corresponding technology for drilling adjustment wells.The structure designs of the equipment were completed by using computer aid design (CAD) method. The designs of the new solid control system and the rotary table reactive torque control system were completed by using the 3D solid-design method and control theory. The space plan of pipeline and optimum design were carried out by using the optimize design method. The new method was put into practice, and good application and economic benefits were achieved.
