轻质组分挥发对蒸汽热采稠油影响的数值模拟

Numerical simulation of the effect of light component volatility on heavy-oil production by steam injection

摘要:

针对蒸汽驱和蒸汽辅助重力泄油(SAGD),利用油藏数值模拟研究了轻质组分挥发对注蒸汽热采稠油效率的影响及其作用机制。计算结果表明,在蒸汽注采过程中,蒸汽腔内挥发出来的轻质组分向锋面聚集,从而提高了锋面附近的油相流动性,重力作用使得轻质组分更易聚集在蒸汽腔上半部的锋面附近;轻质组分挥发作用对蒸汽驱影响较大,而对SAGD影响较小;同时对比分析了不同化学成分及其含量的轻质组分挥发对采油效率的影响程度。结果表明,当对轻质组分分子量较大且含量较低的稠油油藏进行数值模拟时,可以简化为三相二组分模型而不考虑轻质组分的挥发。

Abstract:

Effects of light components on the heavy-oil thermal recovery during processes of steam drive and steam assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) were studied by numerical simulation. The result shows that light components inside a steam chamber tend to move towards thermal fronts and aggregate there at the upper part of the steam chamber because of gravity, which can increase the local oil mobility. Influences of the light component volatility on the oil production depend upon types of the thermal recovery. For example, this influence in the steam drive process is more obvious than that in the SAGD process. Based upon the numerical simulation, volatility effects of different chemical compositions and contents of light components on the oil production efficiency were also analyzed. The result indicates that the volatility effect of light components can be ignored in the thermal recovery simulation of heavy-oil reservoirs when light components have relatively large molecular weight and a small amount.
