水力喷射微小井眼水平井流动耦合模型及影响规律

Coupled flow model and influence rule of hydra-jet micro-hole horizontal well

摘要:

水力喷射微小井眼水平井可以在储层中快速建立起几十米的流动通道,从而实现"一井多层,一层多眼"开采,被认为是可提高单井产量、降低成本和有效保护油气层的潜力技术。针对微小井眼参数设计的问题,建立了油藏入流和井眼流动耦合的多微小水平井眼产能计算模型,研究了井眼参数对产能的影响规律,并应用正交试验法评价了各参数的敏感性。结果表明,微小井眼水平井产量受井眼参数影响的敏感性强弱顺序依次为分支数目、井眼长度、井眼直径、分支夹角,最主要的影响因素为分支数目和井眼长度。微小井眼水平井井眼参数设计的一般原则是分支夹角不小于90°,各井眼在垂直于主井筒的平面内均布,钻井工艺水平允许的前提下尽量增加分支数目、井眼长度和直径。

Abstract:

The water-jet radial horizontal well can rapidly create the flow channels tens of meters long, so as to realize the exploitation of "one well with multiple layers and one layer with multiple holes". It is considered as a potential technology to increase the single well output, reduce cost and protect hydrocarbon reservoirs effectively. Aiming at the wellbore parameter design of radial horizontal well, the productivity calculation model of radial horizontal well has been established by coupling reservoir inflow and wellbore flow. The influence rules of wellbore parameters on the productivity of radial horizontal well have been analyzed in this study, and orthogonal test is applied to evaluate the sensitivity of each parameter. The results show that the wellbore parameters influencing the output of radial horizontal well are sequenced according to their sensitivity degrees as below:branch number, wellbore length, wellbore diameter and branch angle, of which branch number and wellbore length are the two most important parameters. The general principles for the wellbore parameter design of radial horizontal well are that the branch angle is not less than 90°, the wellbores are distributed uniformly on the plane perpendicular to the main shaft, and the branch number, wellbore length and diameter should be increased to the utmost based on the current drilling process.
