胶态分散凝胶吸附滞留行为的研究

STUDY ON ADSORPTION AND RETENTION OF COLLOIDAL DISPERSION GEL

摘要: 总结了胶态分散凝胶(CDG)体系在岩心中的吸附滞留特性。此CDG体系是由150mg/L部分水解聚丙烯酰胺与柠檬酸铝形成的交联聚合物体系。在岩心流动封堵实验中测定了CDG体系中各组分在岩心中的吸附滞留量,并与CDG体系在石英砂(100~180目)上的静态吸附结果相对照。结果表明,CDG体系在岩心中因吸附滞留引起阻力系数上升,其中的凝胶颗粒主要以机械捕集的形式滞留,吸附所占的比例很小;而未交联的柠檬酸酸铝主要以吸附的形式滞留。在本实验条件下,CDG凝胶颗粒的滞留量为102.8μg/g,AI的滞留量为0.88μg/g。注入8.64PVCDG,冲水后残余阻力系数达50左右。实验表明,CDG体系因其特殊的结构形态和吸附滞留特性,具有优于一般调剖剂的深部调创作用和液流改向能力。

Abstract: The characteristics of adsorption/retention of colloidal dispersion gel (CDC)in core-flooding is investigated in the paper. The CDG system is a cross-linked polymer system, composed of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM, 150 mg/L) and aluminum citrate (AlCit) aqueous solution. In the core flooding experiment,the characteristics of adsorption/retention of CDG in core is determined, by comparing with the adsorption of CDG on silicon sand (100~180 mesh). The results show that CDG was lost in the core by retention and adsorption of the gel particles,and HPAM and AlCit by adsorption of these molecules, and the retention of the gel particles is dominated. In the condition of this experiment,the values of retention of polymer and aluminum were 102.8 μg/g and 7.4 μg/g, respectively. The value of resistance factor of the core was increased with the value of adsorption/retention of CDG in the core. The value of residual resistance factor of the core was about 50 after 8.64 PV CDG was injected and water flooding followed. The result shows that CDG has significant ability to modify the permeability of the core.
