制订固井质量的测井评价标准探讨

摘要: 到目前为止,国内外固井质量的测井评价标准都与深度无关,国内各油田固井质量评价工作局限于评价水泥环固结合格程度,因而造成大量误评价.通过对现场验窜、钻井、固井和固井质量测井等资料的统计和分析,通过对水泥抗压强度、水泥环界面胶结强度和相应的声波响应关系的实验研究,发现:①固井质量评价标准应随井深而变;②可以利用固井质量测井资料进行层间封隔性能评价;③水泥环界面剪切胶结强度也可以反映层间封隔性能.在此基础上,建立了J油田新的固井质量评价标准.

Abstract: Up to now,the criteria of cement evaluation using logging data do not consider the depth.In China,the evaluation is limited in evaluating the quality of the cement sheath and ignores analyzing the cement zone-isolation abilities. Therefore,there are many erroneous evaluations.The data of channeling test,drilling,cementing,and cement logging,etc.have been analyzed statistically. A series of laboratory experiments have been made on the compressive strengths,the shear strengths of cement sheath interfaces and relative sonic responses,and their relations between have also been studied. From those above,a new criterion of cement evaluation in Oilfield J has been worked out based on the ideas as follow:(1) The cement evaluation criteria should vary with depths;(2) The zone-isolation evaluation can be done by analyzing the data of cement logging;(3) The shear strengths of cement sheath interfaces can also be used to evaluate the abilities of zone-isolation.
