石油钻机液力变矩器设计计算及试验

Abstract: A systematic description of the procedure and method of calculation used in designing the single stage centripetal hydraulic torque converter is given in the paper, taking WP-525 and WP4-690 Hydraulic Torque Converters as samples. In the choice of parameters for calculation, such important parameters as 6* and μB affecting the performance of the converter are given more detailed analyses. It is pointed out that for the single stage centripetal hydraulic torque converter, when the turbine and pump are aymrnetrically arranged, a greater value of μB should be used, and calculation based on existing empirical formula seems to be unreasonable. Through theoretical analysis and experiment, it has been verified that the change of value λB of the torque of the pump may be effected by changing the outlet angle of the stator. When the other parameters are constant, an increase of the outlet angle from 150° to 155° may reduce the value λB of the torque of the pump by 13%.

摘要: 目前,国内外的陆用石油钻机大部分都以柴油机作动力,在柴油机和传动(如液力偶合器、液力变矩器),尤其是液力变矩器的应用最为广泛。国产ZJ-130Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型钻机全部配备了液力变矩器,大大改善了柴油机的动力特性。但是,目前国内使用的各类石油钻机所配备的液力变矩器,多数性能不够理想,效率较低。
