传热系统的最优设计

Abstract: A nonlinear programming model to systematic syntheses of minium cost networks of exchangers, heaters and coolers is proposed. The strategy of the two-level was considered to solve this model. In the first, the discrete variables are determined using heuristic decomposition and enumeration algorithm. In the second level, the optimization of continuons variables of the network is performed solving a larg scale nonlinear programme. As a search method of nonlinear programme, the modified Box's Complex method has been successfully applied. The method presented here is suitable for design problems of the practical complex heat exchanger systems and has several distinctive advantages. The result has been commercialized.

摘要: 传热系统的最优设计成为当前化工过程最优化的重要研究课题之一,引起了国外很多研究者的兴趣。从Hwa1965年发表的利用可分规划(Separable programming)寻找传热系统的最优组合的论文算起,到目前为止已经发表了十多种组合方法。但是从公开发表的文献来看,还多处于探索性阶段,离实际应用还有一段距离。
