ZSM-5沸石分子筛晶体结构的研究(高温焙烧后结构的测定)

Abstract: The crystal structure of ZSM-S has been determined after the 540℃ high-temperature roasting by means of the X-Ray diffraction for polycrystalline materials.The parameters of the cell are.a=20.16±0.03Å; b=19.97±0.03Å; c=13.44 ±0.02Å.Its space group is D2h16-Pnma.The channels of the structure consist of straight elliptic channels parallel to [010] and Z-form channels perpendicular to the former and parallel to [010] The openings of the straight channel have a long axis of 5.80Å and a shcrt axis of 4.78Å.The openings of the Z-form channels are approximately n-ten-membered rings,with a diameter of 5.30Å long and a folding angle of 156°.It is concluded from the structure analysis that ZSM-5 contains a series of compounds.Having similer structural topographies.But the sizes of both channel openings and the value of folding angles of Z-form channels vary with the ratio of si to Al,crystallizing conditions and mode of postprocessing.Their symmetries can be C2h5-P21/n,C2v5-Pn21a Or D2h16-Pnma.Consequently,for structural topographies,the conclusions drawn by no are similar to those drawn by Kokotailo et al.

摘要: 应用多晶x射线衍射方法测定了高温(540℃)焙烧后ZSM-5的晶体结构。晶胞参数为:a=20.16±0.03Å;b=19.97±0.03Å;c=13.44±0.02Å,空间群为D2h16-Pnma,结构的孔道由平行于[010]椭圆直通道和与之垂直相交的平行于[100]的“Z”字形通道构成。直通道开口长轴为5.80Å,短轴为4.78Å。“Z”字形通道开口近似为正十元环直径为5.30Å,通道折角为156°。从结构分析得出ZSM-5是包括一个系列的化合物。它的结构形貌相同,但二种通道的开口大小,“Z”字形通道的折角大小可因硅铝比,晶化条件,后处理方式等不同而异。其对称性可为C2h5-P21/n;C2v9-Pn21a;D2h16-Pnma。就结构形貌而言,我们所得的结果与Kokotailo等人的结果是相似的。
