用脉冲微反/色谱技术初评裂解催化剂

Abstract: Pulse technique is used with a micro reactor/GC to study cracking catalysts.Cracking machanism of either carbonium or free radical can be differentiated from the product distribution.Cracking activity (α-value) is estimated and deactivation rate of the catalyst can be determined.Experimentally prepared catalysts were evaluated with VGO as the reactant.

摘要: 脉冲微反/色谱技术用于裂解催化剂的初评,所需催化剂用量少,并能及时得到产品分布的信息。采用这一技术可以测定:(1)催化剂活性;(2)转化率的衰变;(3)根据不同产品分布与裂解机理相关联;(4)使用工业所用的蜡油为进料研究各类特殊催化剂。
