Abstract: China is claimed to be the first country in the world to have exploited and made use of gas and its gas field in Ziliujing(in Sichuan) is of world known. Up to the present, we have discovered several hundred gas pools in tens of gas fields. They are mostly developed in the intracratonic polycyclic basins (like Sichuan) and intracratonic rift basins (like Bohai Bay), accounting for 93% of the total proven gas reserve of the country. The depth of burial of our gas pools ranges from 88. 8 to 7,175 meters and their temperature ranges from+10℃ to 177℃. They occur mostly in sedimentary rocks from Quarternary down to Sinian, and also in pre-Sinian rocks. Gas fields so far discovered are classified in this paper into 7 types in 3 main groups:(a) structural gas pools in anticlines, synclines and fault-blocks;(b) lithologic gas pools including bioherm and lithologic pools;and (c)gas pools in weathering crust including those in the paleo-metaweathering crusts and paleokarst weathering crusts.

摘要： 在综合我国气田与气藏实际资料的基础上,根据构造、地层、岩性、古风化壳等因素在圈闭和气藏形成中的作用、意义及主次关系,把我国目前已发现的气藏划分为三类七型.即构造气藏,岩性气藏及古风化壳气藏类.
