输油管道嫩江穿越工程施工方法

Abstract: This is a case history of laying a double wall steel pipeline, φ830×16mm+φ720×9mm, across a river, giving some details about the method of calculation, steps and precautions taken in the construction. Fix a center of oircle to form a radial ditch track before sinking the pipe. Then fill the pipe with water, and under negative buoyancy and horizontal push of water flow, settle down the pipe in the ditch on the river bed. This method is simple, reliable, accurate, economic and practical, applicable to river crossing of all kinds of oil and gas pipelines with specific gravity of empty pipe less than 1, without previous reinforcement treatment. It was used with success in crossing the Nenjiang River in Northeastern China.

摘要: 输油管道嫩江穿越工程,采用以锚固稳定的挖泥船为圆心,以系溜管线的绳长为半径,当管线充水后,在管线的重量和水流的水平推力共同作用下,使管线沿着圆弧轨迹准确沉入沟内.本文介绍了此种施工方法的设计计算原理和施工情况.
