满眼防斜钻具的最优组合设计

Abstract: The resultant deviation angle of the bit is the principal factor which influences the curvature of the hole. The optimum design of packed bottom hole assembly is to minimize the this angle by keeping the assembly and the hole in a packed condition to limit the tronsverse motion of the bit and reducl it's deviation. This paper proposes a simple but convenient way of designing and calculating the optimum assembly.

摘要: 本文指出影响井眼斜率的主要因素是钻头的综合偏斜角,满眼防斜钻具的最优组合设计应使钻头综合偏斜角为最小。为此,必须采用合理的组合方式并保持组合“填满”井眼,以充分限制钻头的横向位移和减小钻头的偏斜。文章给出了一种简单实用的满眼防斜钻具最优组合设计和计算方法。
