Abstract: The hydrodemetallization of the deasphalted oil (DAO)obtained from the vacuum residue of Shengli crude was studied in a bench scale fixed-bed reactor over a Co-Mo/Al2O3 catalyst. 40~99% of metals in DAO were removed under various operating conditions. The rate of demetallization is analyzed with a simultaneous first order kinetics model by assuming that the metal compounds in DAO consist roughly of two groups, i.e. the more reactive compounds and the less reactive compounds, and each group is hydrodemetallized by a first order reaction.This model can be simplified intoa s ingle first order model with a pseudo conversion for the more reactive compounds when the conversion is sufficiently high or the space velocity is low.The rate of demetallization is also compared with desulfurization.The hydrogen pressure has a greater effect on metal removal while the temperature has a greater effect on sulfur removal.

摘要: 在小型固定床反应器上,用钼钴氧化铝型催化剂对胜利渣油的溶剂脱沥青油进行了加氢脱金属试验。脱金属率视操作条件的不同在40~99%之间。假定脱沥青油中的金属化合物大致分为“易反应物”和“难反应物”两大类,而两者的脱金属都是一级反应,则可用二元一级反应动力学模型来描述整个脱金属过程。当转化率较高,空速较低时,该模型可简化成具有易反应物的虚拟转化率的一级反应模型。
