ZSM-5沸石分子筛晶体结构的研究——工-放-9晶体结构的测定

Abstract: This is a review of the determination,by polycrystal X-ray diffraction,of the crystal structure of Nankai Gong-Fang-9 after high temperature roasting without the addition of any amine or alcohol in the process of synthesizing ZSM-5.A compara-tive study is made of the crystal structure of the roasted ZSM-5 while synthesizing with ethylene diamine.Both are found to have very close crystal cell parameters and quite similar effective geometrical channel configurations.But,Gong-Fang-9 has a lower crystallinity and a relatively higher sodium content,with sodium ions distributed like a "Z" in the Z-channels.The effect of cations on the whole crystal structure is also analyzed.

摘要: 本工作应用多晶X射线衍射方法测定了在合成ZSM-5时,不加任何有机胺或脂肪醇的南开工-放-9高温焙烧后的晶体结构,并与在合成时加乙二胺的ZSM-5高温焙烧后的晶体结构进行了对比.两种样品的晶胞参数十分相近,通道的有效几何构型十分相似,但工-放-9钠含量相对较高.对其钠离子位置的测定表明;钠离子呈“Z”字型分布在“Z”字型通道和直通道的交叉区域.我们还从结构的测定分析了阳离子对整个晶体结构的影响.
