大庆油田油井堵水效果预测方法

Abstract: The Daqing oilfield has been developed for more than 20 years. The older parts of the field are now producing with high water cut. In order to control the rate of increase of water cut, 300 to 600 jobs for regulation of multi-zone production are performed each year, using packers, chemical plugging and dual tubing completions. After the zones of high water cut are plugged off in a well, the pressure gradient of fluid column in the tubing and the flowing pressure in the bottom-hole decreases, accompanied by a rise of pressure drawdown and a consequent increase of the production capacity of the oil well. Formulas have been derived for the determination of the changes in the amount of oil output and the amount of water cut after water plugging is introduced for regulating production in the flowing wells, pumping wells and wells with dual tubing completion. The paper explains at some length the reason why for the flowing wells better results are achieved from water plugging during stages with medium and low water cut than in the stage of high water cut, and why, generally speaking, better results are obtained from plugging in pumping wells than in flowing wells. To make this point clear is quite important to the adjustment of oil field development plans. The formulas given in the paper are quasiempirical and quasi-theoretical. They may be applied elsewhere with some modifications.

摘要: 本文提出了油井堵水效果预测的计算公式,利用公式的计算结果,可以帮助选择日产油量增加,日产水量下降的堵水油井和堵水层位。公式是根据油井堵水封堵高含水层后,含水率下降,井底流动压力降低,生产压差增大,会提高其他层产油能力的原理推导出来的。计算公式是半经验半理论的,适用于大庆油田。其他油田结合自己的具体特点,将公式的系数进行适当修正即具有一定的使用价值。要使自喷井堵水后增产,堵层含水率必须较多地高于未堵层含水率,但抽油井堵水,只要堵层含水率略高于未堵层含水率,就会收到油井增产的效果。所以,在含水率等同条件情况下,抽油井的堵水效果会比自喷井好。
