多相系统渗流的微观实验研究

Abstract: This article introduces a physical model of microscopic network and the technique of model reproduction. Single-layered and transparent, the model can be used to observe directly the movement of fluid in the tiny pores through the microscope. The wettability of the surface of pores in this model is quite stable and can be controlled in 3 states as highly hydrophilic, highly hydrophobic or neutral,with their tri-phase interracial angle controlled at less than 30°, above 160° and around 90° respectively. The proposed technique of model reproduction can guarantee the repeated use of a single model without changing the parameters, and the change of wettability without changing the other parameters, so as to raise the precision of repetitive and comparative experiments. Many problems that can not be solved for lack of reproduction provisions may thus be solved. By applying the above-mentioned technology with equipments developed by the Research Division for measuring the percentage value of every phase of multiphase fluids flowing in the capillaries, many experiments on water-oil flow and multiphase flow have been conducted,

摘要: 本文反映了研制成功的一种微观网络物理模型及其再生技术。初步地研究了油水二相渗流及多相渗流的微观机理。润湿性对模型中油水的分布和流动状态有决定性的影响。初步地研究了多孔介质中泡沫形成、发展和消失的规律。对油田生产提出了相应的建议。
