江汉易斜区地层造斜性及选定钻压的探讨

Abstract: Based on the concept that the deflection resistance of drilling tools equals the deflecting force of strata when the side resultant acting on the bit equals zero and from analysis of data of drilling 95 wells in the cooked-hole part of the field, a deflection factor of strata for different formations under different deflection angles is worked out and an optimum drilling weight is calculated for drilling vertical holes in different sections with varying deflection angles. A "Table of Drilling Weights to be Chosen for Wangchang" is worked out which proves to be applicable from test on 5 holes.

摘要: 本文根据作用在钻头上的侧向合力为零时,钻具的防斜力等于地层的造斜力这一基本概念,通过易斜区95口井的实际钻井资料的分析和数学计算,求出不同地层、不同倾角下的地层造斜系数,计算出各个层段不同井斜角下适应于钻垂直井的最佳钻压。同时还制作了一套《王场地区选定钻压表》。经5口井试验,按选定钻压方法计算的钻压,井斜数据与实际情况相吻合。
