油田开发中的地租因素

Abstract: The particular form of motion of the law of rent in the development of such Limited resources as petroleum etc. is analyzed by combining Marx's theory of rent with practice in petroleum industry. Taking cognizance of the contradictions and characteristics of rent in resources development and the law of investment-reproduction of limited resources, and in the light of the tendency of neglecting the effect of the law of differential rent in the development of petroleum resources in particular, the author has proposed the applying the law of rent in develoing petroleum resources and put forward his theoretical basis of adjusting our prevailing oil price policy.

摘要: 本文从马克思地租理论与石油开发实际的结合上,分析石油等有限资源的开发中地租规律的特殊运动形式,提出开发地租存在二律背反、二个特性,以及有限资源的投资一再生产规律,并针对石油开发中忽视级差地租规律作用的倾向,提出运用开发地租规律的方向和调整现行石油价格政策的理论依据。
