含蜡原油热处理工艺的研究

Abstract: There has recently been more attention to the research on the heat treatment technology of wax crude in China.Many researchers have actively been working on this field in all its aspects.Based on the lab and site tests,the author has pointed out that the test indexes for evaluating the heat treatment effects of wax crude are pour point,yield value and apparent viscosity and that the wax-get ratio of crude is the important inner factor affecting the effects of heat treatment.The test data have proved the fact that the better wax-get ratio range for heat treatment of Chinese wax crude is 0.8-1.5.The better effects of heat treatment could be gained in different temperature intervals with the rate of cooling lower than l.5℃/min.A new dividing method of the temperature intervals for simple lost-flow point and nonnormal point has been developed.According to the method,the following conclusions have been gained.(1) The lost-flow point of Chinese wax cruoe is higher than the pour point by 5℃.(2) The temperature interval between the lost-flow point and pour point is only 5-8℃.(3) The crude with temperature over the pour point by 10-13℃ belongs to Newtonian fluid.

摘要: 本文在室内试验研究的基础上认为:以凝固点,屈服值和表观粘度作为评价含蜡原油热处理效果的指标;我国含蜡原油热处理的较好蜡胶比范围为0.8~1.5;以各段最高不大于1.5℃/分的低冷却速率分段冷却,可得较好的热处理效果;以及简易的失流点,反常点温度区间划分法,并以此法得出我国含蜡原油的失流点高于凝固点6℃,失流点到反常点温度区间只有6~8℃,高于凝固点10~13℃即为牛顿液体。
