大型管状结构十字型接头的应力分析及加强措施探讨

Abstract: A finite element analysis of the tubular DT-Joint using SAP 5 prograune is discussed. The stress concentration factors(SCF)of Hot Point and the stress concentration curves of DT-Joint are obtained. Results of calculation show that local strengthening is effective to reduce the stress concentration in tubular joints.

摘要: 管状结构的接头中存在着不可忽视的应力集中现象。合理解决这一问题是目前研究管状结构的重要课题之一。本文运用SAP5程序对十字型管状接头(The Tubular DT-Joint)进行了有限元分析。求得了“热点”(Hot Point)应力集中系数,给出了应力集中系数曲线。在此基础上对两种局部加强的十字型接头进行了计算分析。结果表明:局部加强的效果是显著的,接头的应力集中系数有了大幅度的下降。本文的工作还为进一步研究接头疲劳问题提供了基础。
