Abstract: The moinau positive displacement motor is a promising new rind of down-hole motor. Its working characteristics depend mainly on the conjugate contours in stator-rotor matching and on the structural dimensions of the motor. In this paper, some basic theoretical aspects of conzugate contours for this multilobed moineau-type bit motor and the method of studying are discussed and the results of analysis and, formulae for calculation are given in this paper also, The effects of structural and geometrical parameters on the working characteristic of this motor are discussed and evaluation of these parameters in designing this kind of motor is presented.

摘要: 螺杆钻具的工作特性主要取决于其动力机——单螺杆马达的平面线型和结构尺寸。本文简述了单螺杆钻具马达线型研究中的四个方面的主要内容,提出了构成这种容积式马达的转子和定子应满足的基本条件,阐明了在单螺杆马达理论研究方面的六条主要结论,介绍了一种进行线型研究的一般方法——逆解法。在此基础上,本文列出了利用逆解法所求得的线型分析的部分主要结果:包括短幅外摆线(作转子)等距线型、短幅内摆线(作定子)等距线型、普通内摆线等距线型、普通外摆线线型和内外摆线法线型等五种线型的转子、定子的骨线方程和骨面方程,马达最小长度、过流面积和线型曲率半径等主要几何量的计算公式。另外,本文进一步从理论上讨论了线型参数对螺杆钻具工作特性的影响,提出了在设计线型时选择参数的基本原则。文末给出了六点结论。
