防喷器高强螺栓延迟断裂研究

Abstract: The delayed fracture characteristics of high-strength bolts of blowout preventer were investigated with fracture mechanics, and prevention measures were proposed. Constant displacement notched specimens were used to simulate normal bolt-nut joints under service conditions.

摘要: 本文应用断裂力学的观点和方法研究分析了防喷器高强螺拴的延迟断裂原因及其规律,并提出了顶防的措施和方法.主要内容包括:(1)应用恒位移缺口试样,模拟标准螺拴联接在服役条件下所产生的峰值应力,对七种强度级别的35CrMuSiA钢,在四种常见介质中的应力腐蚀裂纹萌生规律进行了研究.发现:当强度限σb≤135kg/mm2,缺口处不会萌生应力腐蚀裂纹.而当强度限σb>140kg/mm2时,缺口处极易产生裂纹.(2)应用恒位移试样测试了35CrMnSiA钢的七种强度级别在四种环境介质中的应力腐蚀裂纹扩展速率da/dt与止裂界限应力强度因子KIccco结果发现:当强限σb≤135kg/mm2时,随强度的降低,KIccco明显升高,da/dt大幅度下降.当强度限σb>140kg/mm2时,KIccco与da/dt随强度改变而变化的规律不明显.(3)对带裂纹螺拴的安全性进行了评估.当丝扣根部有0.05mm深的裂纹时,对35CrMnSiA, 40CrNiMoA, 40B等中碳低合金高强钢,应取σb≤120kg/mm2才能满足kIIccco条件,保证螺栓安全工作.本文还指出,由于偏斜所产生的应力强度因子可达很高值.
