桁架结构几何非线性优化设计及其在石油井架设计中的应用

Abstract: This paper deals with the problem of minimum weight design for geometrically nonlinear truss structures subjected to constraints of stresses and displacements. An optimization algorithm based on optimality criterion suitable for geometrically nonlinear truss is presented. The formula used to calculate the displacement gradient of such truss is derived in detail. Moreover, a new method of approximate re-analysis for nonlinear structures is given. Application of the method to drilling mast and some other truss structures demonstrates the usculness and accuracy of the algorithm.

摘要: 本文应用结构线性优化设计与结构几何非线性静力分析的成果,提出了桁架结构几何非线性优化设计的方法,并应用于石油井架设计之中。文中推导了几何非线性优化设计的迭代算法,导出了在几何非线性问题中的敏度分析公式,提出适用于结构几何非线性优化设计的结构近似重分析方法。并应用该法编制的程序,计算了石油井架的有关实例。结果表明,本方法对于大柔度结构的设计是十分必要的,一些石油井架用本方法进行设计将使结构更加经济可靠。
