Abstract: Based on the technological requirements for SCR transmission of the drilling process, this paper discusses the calculation and selection of drilling rig motor for different versions of transmission, the structure of control system, design of the parameters of regulators etc. The functions of microcomputer control of a drilling rig are discussed in detail also.

摘要: 本文从钻井过程对可控硅(SCR)传动系统的工艺要求出发,讨论各种钻井电动机容量的计算力法和选用原则;控制系统的结构组成;调节器参数的设计等问题。并详细论述了钻机微机控制装置应配置的各种功能。
