大庆莎中热电工程的现代热力学分析与经济分析

Abstract: A qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the utilization of energy in the thermal power plant of the Shazhong oil and gas processing plant in Daqing Oil Field is made in terms of modern thermodynamic analysis of energy balance, exergy balance and economic analysisc The introduction of a "gas-steam-hot water combined cycle" in this plant makes maximum utilization of energy possible. This plant has taken the lead in thermal efficiency, exergy efficiency and economic gains, with its thermal efficiency reaching the advanced level in the world. In addition, investigation is also made on the ways of raising exergy efficiency and perfecting energy level matching in this paper.

摘要: 本文运用能量平衡及(火用)平衡的现代热力学分析以及经济分析方法,对大庆油田莎中油气处理厂热电工程的能量利用,进行数量与质量的全面评价。结果表明,由于采用燃气-蒸汽-热水联合循环,使能量得到充分与合理的利用。目前该项工程的热能利用率、(火用)效率在国内同类工程中居领先地位,其中热能利用率达到世界先进水平。此外,还探讨了提高该项工程(火用)效率及完善能级匹配的途径。
