计算机在抽油井系统效率计算中的应用

Abstract: To study pumping well efficiency calculation is one of the effective ways to improve system efficiency. In view of the tedious testing and calculation of pumping well efficiency in Chinese oil fields, the author has obtained satisfactory results with computer and downhole diagnosis of pumping well. On the basis of phase diagram of the electric motor, the mathematical model of the variation of electric power and current with pumping unit torque and transmission efficiency of beltreducing gear is derived. The results of downhole diagnosis; surface dynamometer, pump dynamometer, pumping unit crankshaft torque, torque curve and number of strokes are processed with a BASIC program to give 27 parameters of the pumping well, electric power and current curves as well. Computer simulation is used to calculate the transmission efficiency of belt-reducing gear. The calculated values are in agreement with measured ones. This method is based on S=S (M,η2). Together with the mothematical model, this method has combined computer diagnosis and pumping well efficiency calculation, which not only enhances the diagnosis technique but also provides an effective way of efficiency analysis.

摘要: 研究抽油井系统效率的计算方法,是提高系统效率的有效途径之一。目前国内各油田在抽油井系统效率的测试和计算方法上比较繁琐。鉴于此,作者用计算机及抽油井井下诊断技术得到了满意的结果。本文根据电动机相量图理论推导出电动机电功率及电流随抽油机扭矩和皮带-减速箱传动效率变化的数学模型,用BASIC语言编制程序后,利用抽油井井下诊断技术的诊断结果(包括地面功图、泵功图、抽油机曲轴扭矩值、扭矩曲线及抽油机冲数),由计算机处理计算出抽油井系统效率等共27项参数,并画出电流曲线和功率曲线;对于皮带-减速箱的传动效率采用了计算机模拟法;计算结果和实测曲线及数据对比基本准确。这种方法的基本原理是S=S(M,η2)。本文提出的方法及数学模型将计算机诊断技术和抽油井系统效率的计算结合起来,这不仅扩大了诊断技术的内容,而且为系统效率的分析提出了一条有效的途径。
