Abstract: A new kind of test equipment and a method for studying the sock breaking mechanism of roller cone bit are introduced in this paper.The test equipment controlled by personal computer and the photoelectric measurement system for data acquisition and analysis are unique in their working mechanism and construction.It can be used to simulate the motion and dynamics of bit teeth on breaking rock closer to the real picture and to accurately measure and analyze tested results.Therefore,more reliable test results and data will be provided for studying the mechanism of rock fracture and developing new rock bits.Some tested results have been used in designing new cone bits.

摘要: 介绍一种研究钻头(特别是牙轮钻头)破岩机理的新型试验装置和试验方法.这套由微机控制操作和光电扫描采样的试验和分析装置,在上作原理和组成结构上与国内外现有的任何一种钻头试验架都不相同)它能真实地模拟钻头牙齿破岩时的运动及受力状态,更准确地测童、分析试验结果,因而能为研究钻头的破岩机理和钻头设计技术提供更有实用价仇的试验成果和数据.
