Abstract: Since the first subsea pipeline was laid at Chengbei oil field in the Bohai Bay in 1985, another nine subsea pipelines with different diameters and different purposes have been laid at BZ28-1,BZ34-2/4 oil field and JZ20-2 gas-condensate field during the past six years, the total length of subsea pipe-lines is up to 70 Km. Subsea pipeline engineering in the Bohai Bay will enter a new stage with the rapid development of oil and gas fields in the Bohai Bay. On the basis of the basic data in the design and construction of these pipelines mentioned above, this paper presents the characteristics of subsea pipeline in the Bohai Bay due to the specific properties of oil and gas and environmental conditions. These characteristics such as insulated oil pipeline, riser anti-ice force design, trenching/burial requirement and the action of earthquakes, a combination of functional load and earthquake load as critical load condition, etc. are described. Also, this paper presents the existing problems of subsea pipeline engineering in the Bohai Bay and the subjects to be studied further.

摘要: 渤海埕北油田1985年铺设了第一条海底输油管道,6年之后又相继在BZ28-1,BZ34-2/4油田和辽东湾JZ20-2凝析气田设计和建成了9条不同管径,功能各异的海底管道,总长度达到七十多公里.随着渤海油气资源的开发,海底管道工程进入了新的发展阶段.本文介绍了上述已建管道的设计、建造基本参数.由于渤海所产原油的性质和具体的自然环境条件,使得渤海的海底管道工程具有如下特点:油管道全部需要保温;立管要作抗冰保护;管道需要挖沟埋设;管道的强度设计要考虑地震作用等等.本文还提出了目前渤海海底管道工程存在的问题和在技术上需要研究发展的几个方面.
