重力式油水分离设备入口构件的模拟实验优选

Abstract: There are many types ofinput components in gravity oil/water separators,but which one is the best,no systematic and comparative researches have been made until now.Based onan extensive investigation into the input components used in various separating devices in theworld,five typical input structures have been selected and a series of carefully simulated testshave been made with PIV technique(the particle imagine velocimeter).An optimized inputcomponent has been proposed in this paper.

摘要: 重力式油水分离设备入口构件的结构形式多种多样,但哪种工作效果最好,至今还无人做过系统的对比研究.为此,在对国内外典型结构广泛调研的基础上,共选出五种有代表性的入口件结构,进行了系统的模拟实验优选研究.
