牙轮钻头工作扭矩的计算机仿真

Abstract: The analysis of the forces acting on a roller bit during rock breaking is in defail presented,and establishes the elementary equations of dynamics of the bit are established.With the interaction between bottom hole rock and the bit studied,the approximate relation among the cutting structural parameters,drilling parameters,rock parameters,and the forces acting on the contacting teeth has been set up,and the computer simulation model and programme of working torsion of the bit have also been established.That the simulation and experiment results are very close proves that the theoretical studies,simulation model and programme are proper and reliable.

摘要: 对牙轮钻头在破岩过程中的受力和运动状态进行分析,建立了牙轮钻头动力学基本方程.研究井底岩石与牙轮钻头的相互作用后,建立了钻头结构参数、钻井参数、岩石性质参数与触底齿受力间的近似关系.研制了牙轮工作扭矩的计算机仿真模型和仿真软件.仿真结果与实验数据比较表明了理论研究和仿真模型及软件的正确性和可靠性.
